Jaap made the bold decision to follow his guts and start from scratch in China. It always fascinated me why he made that step and how he is experiencing being a business man in China. We talk about his life while living between the Netherlands and China, cultural differences, his experiences as an entrepreneur and his company Fruitmax in Shanghai that is importing fruits from around the world to China.
